Recipe for these no mess simple salts that can be made in less than one minute. They won't stain or clog your tub and can be customized with different essential oils(these can also be used as a relaxing foot soak if you don't have a bathtub).

Gather the following:

1 cup of Sea Salt

1/2 cup of Baking Soda

2 Tbs Organic Jojoba Oil

10-20 drops of essential oil of choice

Directions:

Combine the salts and baking soda and mix thoroughly. To make sure essential oil stays diluted and dispersed when adding salts to bathwater, combine essential oil before adding to the salt mixture. Stir Thoroughly.

Place mixture in a glass jar, label. and store in a cool, dark place for 6-12 months.

Use 1-2 cups per bath, of 1/8 cup for a foot bath.

Soak for at least 20-30 minutes and enjoy the benefits. Some of these include an uptake in minerals.

Sea salt is typically not processed or minimally processed since it comes directly through the evaporation of seawater, according to the American Heart Association.

Because of minimal processing, sea salt has various trace minerals such as: magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and potassium.
