Soak your stress and worries away with my lovely bath salt soaks that are PACKED with good for you ingredients! (Lasts about 3-5 baths)

In the Lovely Lavender Soak, coconut milk nourishes the skin by combating dry itchy skin, and reducing inflammation. The essential fatty acids in coconut milk help to hydrate and balances the skins' ph. The result is balanced, healthy and glowing skin!

Epsom + Himalayan salt bathwater can soften rough, dry skin, and exfoliate dead skin cells. It may also soothe skin affected by skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis.

Lavender essential oil is soothing and relaxing.

Baking soda also contains anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Oats can help boost collagen production, improve your skin complexion, and can reduce skin inflammation.

In my Pumpkin Spice Latte Beneficial Bath Soak get ready for a real treat…no tricks! I have specifically curated this bath soak to give all the fall feels AND benefit the skin and body(I also provide an unbleached tea bag in case you want to scoop some of the bath soak into it for a quicker clean up). Bath may be slippery after, please rinse after bathing.

The star of this bath is magnesium flakes. Magnesium is a common and essential mineral found in the body, that the body can't produce itself, so we need to ensure that we are receiving enough. It's the organising atom in chlorophyll, converting sunlight to energy in plants. In the human body, magnesium is present in over 300 enzyme systems, regulating blood pressure, synthesising proteins, and monitoring muscle and nerve functions. Benefits of magnesium flake baths-

  • Crucial for general wellbeing
  • Supports healthy bones
  • Improves skin health
  • Helps you relax for a good night’s sleep
  • Relieves muscle tension

Next is organic buttermilk. This gentle milk bath will leave your skin soft and silky. Buttermilk is high in fat and lactic acid, and both help soften and hydrate skin.

Apricot oil will make your skin feel so hydrated, it’s my favorite to use! I infuse orange, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg essential oil into the apricot oil so it acts as a carrier oil and also sprinkle pumpkin spice for that added fall scent!

Himalayan salt aka mineral-rich bath water helps the mind to unwind, the body be soothed and even helps the skin soften. Soaking in a Himalayan bath also helps the body to absorb much-needed minerals as your skin cells can soak up everything from magnesium to zinc, copper and calcium, manganese and sodium.

Last is organic coffee. I use decaf in case one wants to bathe at night and doesn’t want to stay awake, but even in small amounts like in this soak, it has many benefits. A soak in a coffee bath, according to some studies, improves circulation, rejuvenates the skin and relaxes the body.

Fresh, inviting with a hint of warm vanilla awaits you with this invigorating yet calming Orange Dreamsicle Bath Soak! I wish you could smell through the screen because it is DIVINE!

Buttermilk moisturizes and brightens our skin, thus can delay aging. All these benefits make buttermilk a blessing for our skin!

Epsom + Himalayan salt bathwater can soften rough, dry skin, and exfoliate dead skin cells. It may also soothe skin affected by skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis.

Orange essential oil is astringent and antiseptic in nature; it acts as a natural cleanser to deeply purify and detoxify the skin. Enriched with Vitamin C, it also helps to boost collagen in the skin.

Vanilla is rich in antioxidants which has the ability to neutralize free radicals and reverse skin damage caused by them. It helps to slow down signs of aging like fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. It not only leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated but also smelling lovely!

Baking soda also contains anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Oats can help boost collagen production, improve your skin complexion, and can reduce skin inflammation.
